Shipping & Delivery

Our Jewellery is handmade at our studio in Barbados. We try to keep our inventory well stocked so that we can ship your order promptly, usually within one week from order date, but sometimes due to increase in demand we have to restock, so shipping might take slightly longer.

At check-out we give you the most economical shipping options based on the weight of your package and your location.

Delivery time for registered and standard secured shipping is typically 10 to 15 business days. Express shipping usually takes 2 to 3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped we will send you information to track your package.

We have no control over packages held by the customs department in your country. If your order is held we suggest calling your customs department directly and ask them to release your package. Please note that you are responsible for all taxes and duties required.
